Spaghetti Chitarra Pasta Maker – Eppicotispai
Making your pasta sounds like music to the ears of many enthusiasts, right? Then that's great, because with this pasta maker, you can make delicious fresh spaghetti while playing a guitar (Chitarra), but without sound. No, the only sound you hear is the fresh spaghetti falling through the strings into the wooden box. Place your fresh dough on the strings and roll the dough through it with the rolling pin. This technique was invented in the Abruzzo region of central Italy. What is different about spaghetti chitarra is that it is not round but square in shape. This way you can also surprise your guests when they come to visit. The pasta maker can be used on both sides. On one side for making spaghetti chitarra (3mm) and on the other side for making fettuccine (5mm).
