Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason.
You then have another 14 days to return the product.

You will receive the full order amount including the original shipping costs refunded.

Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates.

The refund will be made within 14 days after notification, provided the product has been received back or proof of shipment has been provided.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
