Only use wooden or silicone accessories to avoid damage. For even more intense satisfaction from your kitchen performance, this stainless steel pan is made entirely of solid 5-layer material. This conducts the heat smoothly to the edge. Ideal on gas but particularly suitable for all hobs, including induction. Once the pan has heated up sufficiently, you can turn the stove down one setting. The correct baking temperature is maintained, so you save energy.
