SILICOPAT 7 - Silicopat is a multifunctional silicone mat from Silikomart. Thanks to Silicopat it is possible to spread the dough without adding flour or icing sugar. It is ideal in the freezer to prevent desserts from sticking to the frozen surface and in the oven to prevent food from burning or sticking. The Silicopat mat can withstand +230°C (+446°F) in the traditional oven to -60°C (-76°F) in the freezer. It is flexible, non-stick, very easy to use, and space-saving.
