Marcato Biscuits includes 20 different dies for just as many biscuit shapes: from stars to shortbread, from hearts to flowers.
You can also choose between two different sizes, to make large breakfast biscuits or small pastries.
Making cookies with the Biscuit machine is very easy: after preparing the dough, just insert a small amount into the machine from the die side.
After choosing the desired shape, simply place the lower part of the Biscuits machine directly onto the baking tray, without using butter or baking paper.
The cookie will stick to the baking tray already perfectly portioned and will just need to be baked.
With one load of dough, you will be able to prepare 20/25 large biscuits or 35/40 small biscuits.
