The Linguine accessory is one of the 13 home-made pasta accessories, compatible with the Atlas 150 pasta machine. You can use it by hand, with the specific crank, or with the Pastadrive motor.

Linguine have an oval cross-section and are 3 mm wide. The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is at position 3 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
