Made from top quality wood, these exclusively designed grind mills have an ultra-strong ceramic grinding mechanism for superior grinding and lasting durability. To fill, unscrew the knob, remove the lid. Fill with peppercorns or sea salt, replace the lid and screw the nob back on. Not suitable for sea salt flakes. Turn anti-clockwise for a coarse grind and clockwise for a finer grind.
